Worth going out of your way. Serious about sourcing and preparation. You'll get a genuinely good cup here, and they'll know what went into it.
The everyday answer.
Worth choosing when you're in town. Properly textured milk, properly extracted bean. Everyday is what good coffee mostly is, and finding it is harder than finding the top of the scale.
