A converted fire station in Wimbledon pulling shots with Assembly and Volcano beans. Both are among London's most respected specialty roasters, and both are harder to find south of the river than you'd expect.
Family-run stand at the edge of Wimbledon Common, pulling proper espresso on a La Marzocco. Time your walk around it.
