Down a stairwell inside King's Cross station, past the ticket hall and the Harry Potter shop, sits a full roastery-run espresso bar with beans rotating by the week. Tell the team what you're after and they'll point you to the right cup.
Their own Colombian single-origins, roasted at the brand's own roastery and traceable to named producers, poured from a takeaway kiosk by the station. It's the kind of pedigree you don't expect from a coffee grabbed on the way to a train.
A short walk from King's Cross station, worth the detour when the alternative is a station-chain coffee before your train.
