Saturday mornings only, at the roastery where London's specialty coffee scene started. Drink on-site and treat Spa Terminus's wider artisan market as the rest of the morning.
This is the original WatchHouse, the site the brand grew out of, still running the own-roastery programme that built its reputation for sourcing literacy.
WatchHouse runs its own Coffee Lab in South London; this is where you drink the output. Ask what single origin is on the bar, and order it rather than the view.
