Sweven, Harmony, and Skylark rotate through the filter menu alongside several single origins. The staff have a view on which one to order, and it is worth asking.
Own-roast operation in Deansgate, named for the specific thing it cares about. The cortado is the order.
200 Degrees roasts its own beans and trains its own baristas, which shows in the cup. The rotating featured lots make repeat visits worthwhile.
