The filter programme is the point: single-origin Peru on pour-over, with baristas who talk in flavour notes rather than vibes. The flat white holds up too, which counts as a bonus at a place this serious about filter.
Bold Street Coffee made its name in Liverpool's specialty scene. The Spinningfields outpost runs on the same sourcing instinct: light-roast espresso with a fruity clarity that knowledgeable staff will dial to your palate.
