Every flat white here starts at Pink Lane's own roastery, roasted across town and graded to the SCA's 80+ specialty threshold. Single origins are traceable back to the farm they came from.
Sam placed 7th and 12th in the UK Brewer's Cup and runs the whole place by himself. The flat white is the argument.
