We try to keep this simple, because there isn't much to it.
Email. If you give us your email, whether to be notified about a city, to suggest one, or along with feedback, we store it so we can reply. We won't email you about anything else, and we won't pass it to anyone.
Location. If you allow location access, your coordinates are used in your browser to show cafés near you. We don't send them to our server unless you're submitting a "suggest a city" form, and even then only if you've granted permission.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited. It sets a few cookies and records things like rough location and which links you click. There's no advertising on the site and we don't sell data to anyone, so this is just for us to work out what's useful.
Storage. Emails and feedback live with a database provider. Analytics data lives with Google. That's it.
Deletion. If you've given us your email and want it gone, let us know via the feedback form and we'll delete it. No ID checks, no hoops.
Changes. If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page.
