Divine Coffee Roasters roasts its own beans and pours them as rotating single origins right here on Market Street. Order the cortado, pulled precise enough to stay punchy without turning bitter.
200 Degrees roasts in Nottingham and the beans come here: single origins on the menu with tasting notes, retail bags on the shelf. The Spanish latte has a following for a reason.
Italian-style espresso bar in the city centre, with flat whites that earn the description. The kind of place that rewards a coffee stop without requiring you to care about it more than you do.
