200 Degrees roasts in Nottingham and the beans come here: single origins on the menu with tasting notes, retail bags on the shelf. The Spanish latte has a following for a reason.
The owner knows the beans and will say so. Multiple brew methods, retail bags worth buying, and the regulars talk about them.
Filter coffee with fruit tasting notes that the sourcing justifies. One of the few places in York where specialty on the door means something in the cup.
