Filter coffee with fruit tasting notes that the sourcing justifies. One of the few places in York where specialty on the door means something in the cup.
A kiosk counter on Fossgate running more roasters than most York cafes with actual rooms. V60 and espresso rotating with whoever's on.
Family-run independent that doubles as a gifts shop, with a downstairs room that's properly odd. The mocha is the drink to order.
