Ask for the hand pour. Staff walk you through origin, process, and what to taste, and if there's a co-fermented or non-standard lot on the bar, that's the one.
Brunch fills the room, but the coffee holds its own: a house blend from an unnamed Bristol roaster, three origins deep, with tasting notes that swing from chocolate and fudge in espresso to vanilla, raspberry and cream in filter. Beans are sold to take home too.
