The beans are roasted here in Headingley, by the same people making your coffee. That kind of direct ownership shows up in the flat white.
Barista craft at a level Headingley doesn't usually bother with. The cortado is the order.
The coffee holds its own at a place where the bar programme gets equal billing. An owner with competition drinks experience applied the same discipline to espresso, and it shows.
