A single-origin coffee counter hidden inside a Baixa fashion boutique, pulling rotating batch brew and pour-over from a barista who genuinely knows her stuff.
Liberty's coffee bar goes past the standard espresso line with a hand-brewed single origin and a rotating batch-brew filter, all served alongside its brunch-and-books draw. The flat white is the one people keep singling out, latte art included.
Named single origins run through V60 or AeroPress in a Baixa & Chiado room that spends the rest of its day on brunch and dessert.
