Saturday mornings only, at the roastery where London's specialty coffee scene started. Drink on-site and treat Spa Terminus's wider artisan market as the rest of the morning.
WatchHouse Bermondsey is the production roastery, not a branded outpost. Rotating single origins on filter, with tasting notes on the menu and beans to take home.
WatchHouse started at this address, and Bermondsey remains the version that takes the coffee programme to its logical conclusion. The filter is serious and worth planning around.
