LIFT roasts its own beans under a numbered lot system, naming producers down to the lot rather than hiding behind a house blend. The espresso reads funky and fruity, the kind of cup you describe by what's happening in it, not by the street it's on.
The owner roasts his own beans, tracks them to specific harvest lots, and pulls every shot from a kiosk inside Latimer Road station. Brazilian single-origin, rich and nutty, and he'll tell you which harvest you're drinking.
