Attendant roasts its own and pours named single origins as V60, AeroPress, or espresso. The Roasters in the name is their own operation, not a supplier's.
The Antipodean café that set Fitzrovia's specialty standard, still publishing house pieces on extraction and single-origin filter instead of resting on reputation. Come for the pour-over as much as the flat white.
