Full Court Press roasts its own coffee in Old City and publishes exactly what it pays its producers, a transparency most roasters keep to themselves. The programme is run by a Q-Grader and SCA-certified roaster, which shows in the cup.
Old City gets the full Origin programme: named single origins with tasting notes printed on the menu, poured by staff hired specifically for their coffee knowledge.
