The 'Roasters' in the name is literal. Filter and espresso run on their own beans, with enough single-origin variety on the menu that what you order is a considered choice.
The coffee starts at MF's own washing station in northern Malawi, sourced from smallholders the founders know personally, before Papercup Glasgow roasts it. The micro-lot menu names varieties down to SL28 and Ruiru 11.
Owner-run on Newington Road, with retail beans behind the counter and a Southside following that's been here long enough to stop explaining why. Straightforward espresso, chai made with loose tea and spices.
