The coffee starts at MF's own washing station in northern Malawi, sourced from smallholders the founders know personally, before Papercup Glasgow roasts it. The micro-lot menu names varieties down to SL28 and Ruiru 11.
A Newington independent where someone has thought about the beans. Not a detour, but if you're on South Clerk Street it earns the stop.
